Reflecting the growing demand for environmental protection products and services, the sixth edition will showcase technologies that reduce the carbon intensity at every stage of the supply chain, from low-carbon energy generation, storage transmission, to end-user efficiency. |

BYD is a leading-edge provider of green energy technologies that specializes in IT, automobile, and new energy industries. BYD is showcasing its pure-electric crossover vehicle the e6 and the pure-electric bus the eBUS-12 at Eco Expo Asia. This year, a BYD eBUS-12, specially designed electric bus for Hong Kong market, will be delivered to the Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1993) Limited (KMB). BYD is also setting up a R&D center in Hong Kong Science Park to cooperate with the Hong Kong Automotive Parts and Accessory Systems R&D Centre (APAS) and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) to promote the development of electric vehicles most suitable for the HK market.
