“We are a mobile automation-based solutions provider for firms and government departments involved in waste collection and management. I was invited to the eco show due to strong interest of our product from the Hong Kong government. The main item we showcased at the show is our waste collection technology, which allows rubbish collection vehicles to accurately collect, weigh and transmit relevant data on waste right at the source for pick up. On our first day we were able to directly meet with government officials from Hong Kong interested in implementing our solution across the city. I believe this show was a great platform for us. We also made some good contacts with other waste management firms from neighboring countries. We will definitely come back in the future. This is a solution very high in demand across Asia.”
Andreas Schmidt, Division Manager, MOBA (Germany)

“We are an engineering firm currently involved in producing incineration machinery for municipalities and large-scale businesses. We provide incineration solutions for almost all kinds of waste. Our product is currently being implemented by the Hong Kong government, and we came to Eco Expo Asia to promote the solution to other governments and businesses around the world. The fair has been great for brand promotion. There were a lot of knowledgeable visitors to our booth on the first day interested in possibly working with us on solutions for their own countries. I am sure we will be back again next year.”
Sally W.F. Tsang, Secretary, JFE Engineering Corporation (Japan)

“I came to look for interior decoration solutions such as lighting products, decking boards and wall materials made from environmentally-safe and recycled materials. This show was great. I was able to find some suppliers that offered products that I think my retails customers in Africa would enjoy. Green building and interior solutions is quickly becoming high in demand in the African market, and this show is great to see what solutions are available from Asia and the rest of the world.”
Johnson Agwere, Managing Director, Jobiag Industrial Services (Nigeria)

“Based in Hong Kong, our company mainly works for manufacturers of PCB/motherboard (of electronic devices) in Chinese mainland for reducing waste at source. I come here to look for new products and to get updated with the technology and solutions for water pollution and waste treatment. I have visited Eco Expo Asia for several years and there is always something that surprises me.”
Charles Chan, Opertaion Director, Worldtech Technology Ltd (Hong Kong)

“It is my second time visiting the eco show. My company is a solutions provider to large-scale companies and government departments looking to cut carbon emissions across Sri Lanka and India. Carbon emission is a very hot topic in India and Sri Lanka at the moment, because of how companies currently handle waste in the two countries. I came to look for suppliers of industrial waste management solutions that I can later recommend to my clients. In just a few hours I was able to find some great suppliers of waste management products such as incinerators and waste collection systems at the show. This quality of the eco fair is excellent. And this is one show I will definitely continue to visit in the future.”
Fazal Fausz, Director, The Carbon Consulting Company (Sri Lanka)
